SPECIAL CARE FOR GOLD AND SILVER PERSONALIZED JEWELRY
We recommend giving your gold or silver Jewelry a quick clean at the end of the day, using a soft cleaning cloth to remove any fingerprints or oils that may have accumulated from normal wear.
Once a week, we recommend a deeper clean. So for these precious items we recommend a silver polish. You can purchase a quality silver cream at most Jewelry stores, drug stores and even supermarkets.
SIMPLE TIPS TO KEEP THE SHINE
Make up first, then accessories
Lotions, hairspray, and some cosmetics contain chemicals that can be harmful to your Jewelry. It is always best to apply your makeup first and then put on your Jewelry in order to minimize exposure that can be damaging.
Take it off before you sweat it off
Make sure to remove your Jewelry before all intense physical activity. This will protect it from reacting to the chemicals in your sweat or from any damage that may occur in contact sports.
Jewelry and pools don't mix
Pools and jacuzzis are full of chlorine that, if exposed for too long, can cause your Jewelry to discolor . So play it safe: When you're stripping down into your bathing suit, take off your Jewelry too.
Harmful chemicals and Jewelry don’t mix.
The chemicals in cleaning products can be harmful to the quality and longevity of your precious Jewelry pieces.
Most of our jewelry is made from vermeil sterling silver, copper, 316L medical stainless or mix of those materials. Whether it is gold plated or rose gold finish or full of sparkle, there is vermeil sterling silver underneath it all. Why? Because, we love that it is soft yet strong. Sterling silver, copper and 316L medical stainless gives us the ability to create delicate and flexible designs that withstand daily wear for a long time at an accessible price.
All our products are 100% nickel-free, except for items made of white gold.

To measure, you'll just need a strip of paper, a ruler, and a pen or pencil.
1) Cut a strip of paper about 13 centimeters long and about 1 centimeter wide.
2) Wrap the paper strip around the widest part of the finger your customized ring would sit on. The widest part of your finger may be at the joint.
3) Mark the point on the paper where the strip forms a complete circle and begins to overlap, with a pen or pencil.
4) Measure from the edge of your paper up to the line you just marked with a ruler. Measure up to the nearest millimeter, rounding up if necessary.
Using that measurement, use the chart below to find your ring size.

Long story short: The chain specified in product item specifications description will determine where on your body your name necklace hangs, so be sure to consider the length that is right for you. Our chains run from 13" to 21", which means your necklace can hang anywhere from high up on your collarbone to way down on your lower chest. Below you can find chart table which indicates it.

Knowing how to properly store your piece after each wear is one of the easiest ways to keep it looking great for longer, as it reduces the time it’s exposed to air, slows down oxidation and overall lessens the chance of tarnish. Below are some handy tips for storing your pieces:
Store it clean and dry after performing daily maintenance.
Use a small ziplock bag for storage. They’re inexpensive, can easily be made compact, help prevent tangling, and are airtight.
If your piece has a chain, make sure the clasp is closed before storing to keep your piece from getting tangled.
Keep your piece stored in a low-humidity environment to avoid tarnishing. Please note that these tips apply mostly to gold-fill, rose gold-fill, and sterling silver. While it's still important to store solid gold safely, it's not susceptible to tarnish.

Depending on factors beyond our control (for example local delivery problems, and customs inspections/delays) this can take longer. Your parcel is insured against loss, theft or damage, so if you have not received your parcel within 90 days of your order dispatch confirmation email then you should contact us through our customer services form and we will refund or replace the order as required.

Tracking your order
If you have not received a shipping notification, this means your order is still in production.
Shipping notification
When your product is on its way, you will be sent a shipping confirmation email. This will state your delivery date and tracking number depending on the shipping method you chose.
Late Package
In case your order delivery date has passed and you still haven't received your package, we recommend that you try the following (it has proven helpful to other customers in the past):
- Check your shipping details on the order confirmation and make sure they are correct.
- Ask other members of your household if they have accepted the package, as this is a common occurrence.
- Check (if applicable) with your doorman, by your garage, or perhaps a side door.
Orders are sometimes left there by the Post.
- Ask your local post office if they can provide any further information on the whereabouts of your package. Be sure to have your tracking number with you on hand.

First, be sure to keep up with your tracking updates.
Once your item is in your state, contact or visit your local USPS (U.S.) or Postal Provider (Other Countries). Provide them with your Tracking number and shipping information and request to have your package held for pick up instead of being delivered to the incorrect address.
Please understand that we are not the shipping provider. Once the order has been shipped, we do not have any control over it and we can only offer customer service retaining to this policy.
At Ora Gift, we accept all major credit and debit cards as well as payments made through PayPal.
All payments must be paid in full before shipment. In order to place a payment, simply click on either the "Continue to Checkout" button in the shopping bag. After you have entered your contact details, you will then be redirected to the relevant payment platform.

If you receive a message that your payment didn’t go through, please check your billing and personal information to confirm that the credit card number you entered is correct. As well we recommend turning off VPN or PROXY services during checkout.
