Yes! We ship to most countries all over the world. Please note that the shipping time frame may vary according to the destination you would like your order shipped to.
Handmade takes time! Our current turnaround time is about 2 - 10 business days upon ordering. Every item we make is custom made from the heart and well worth the wait. Expedited shipping upgrades do not change production time they only speed up the shipping process.

The time that your order takes to arrive depends on your and on the efficiency of your local postal service.
Please note that these times are only estimates based on our previous experience of sending to your country.
United States: 3 - 7 business days
United Kingdom & Europe : 5 - 14 business days
Rest of The World : 7 - 21 business days
Depending on factors beyond our control (for example local delivery problems, and customs inspections/delays) this can take longer. Your parcel is insured against loss, theft or damage, so if you have not received your parcel within 31 days of your order dispatch confirmation email then you should contact us through our customer services form and we will refund or replace the order as required.
You’ll automatically receive an email with your package’s tracking number from us as soon as your order has been dispatched. Please note that it may take up to 24 hours for our shipping partners to update the tracking number.
Once you place your order, we are working really hard on your order for it to be perfect.
Your order is produced according to the shipping method you chose upon placing your order.
Tracking your order
If you have not received a shipping notification, this means your order is still in production.
When your product is on its way, you will be sent a shipping confirmation email. This will state your delivery date and tracking number depending on the shipping method you chose.
In case your order delivery date has passed and you still haven't received your package, we recommend that you try the following (it has proven helpful to other customers in the past):
- Check your shipping details on the order confirmation and make sure they are correct.
- Ask other members of your household if they have accepted the package, as this is a common occurrence.
- Check (if applicable) with your doorman, by your garage, or perhaps a side door. Orders are sometimes left there by the Post.
- Ask your local post office if they can provide any further information on the whereabouts of your package. Be sure to have your tracking number with you on hand.
If you are still unable to locate your order, please contact our customer support team and one of our representatives will contact you.
Please contact us within 48 hours as your order has not been shipped yet and is in the production stage. Once the order has been shipped, we cannot make changes to the address.
If your item is in transit to the wrong address: Don't worry, you can still get your package!
We listed some solutions below:
First, be sure to keep up with your tracking updates. Once your item is in your state, contact or visit your local USPS (U.S.) or Postal Provider (Other Countries). Provide them with your Tracking number and shipping information and request to have your package held for pick up instead of being delivered to the incorrect address.
Please understand that we are not the shipping provider. Once the order has been shipped, we do not have any control over it and we can only offer customer service retaining to this policy.
